Robert Skelton, the infamous S.A.W. Viper who killed Doc, Thunder, Crankcase and Heavy Metal in Trucial Abysmia, was recruited into the Coil under the name "Over Kill" based on his bodycount. After being gravelly injured by Kamakura, Over Kill was recovered by Cobra and turned into a cyborg.
