Having been a member of the evil Cybernet organization, and then having them betray him, Dutch joined the Youngbloods to try and put an end to Cybernet and their plans for world domination. Having a bionic enhanced arm, and the latest in high tech weapons, including heads-up laser gear, Dutch uses all methods available to defeat his opponent.
