During the Middle Ages, Sir Justin's sword and horse were enchanted by Merlin. After a battle, Sir Justin, also known as the Shining Knight, and his horse Winged Victory got buried in ice and remained in suspended animation until 1941, when the awakened Shining Knight joined the Seven Soldiers of Victory.
