The imposing Saesee Tiin was born some time in the 90s BBY and enjoyed a long, distinguished career in the Jedi Order, eventually becoming a member of the Jedi Council during the final decades of the Republic. His master, Wol Cabbasshite Omo Bouri, instilled in him a strong sense of conviction, honing the Iktotchi's skill and dedication to the order to the point of near-fanaticism. When Bouri died at some point in the 70s BBY Saesee Tiin succeeded him on the Jedi Council and remained there for the next 5 decades.
True to his unswerving commitment, Tiin fought with unrelenting courage and determination in the Mandalorian War, Stark Hyperspace War, Yiinchorri Uprising and the Clone Wars, playing a vital role in each galactic event and demonstrating his masterful skills as a pilot and respected High General.
Despite his legendary status among the Jedi and indeed the galaxy at large, Tiin was mercilessly cut down by Darth Sidious along with his Jedi colleagues Agen Kolar and Kit Fisto in an attempt to arrest the Sith Lord in 19 BBY, becoming one of the first casualties in the Great Jedi Purge.
