Group Dynamics Custom Contest
Some jobs are just too big for a single action figure to handle all by itself, and this contest is one of them! The name of the game is "Group Dynamics", and the objective is for you to pit a customized team of figures against similar factions created by your fellow customizers. Whether it be a band of super heroes/villains, a military unit, or just a gang of street thugs, the lines have been drawn, and when the dust settles, only three parties will survive to claim the bronze, silver, and gold awards.

- There are no dimensional barriers: you can mix-and-match characters from any source material, including original creations, when assembling your dream team. The lineup of your group can be serious, silly, or anything in between. If you think Marvel Comics' Namor The Sub-Mariner, Universal's Creature From The Black Lagoon, and Disney's Ariel The Little Mermaid should join forces to combat the pollution of the world's oceans, then so be it. Whatever combination you come up with, be sure to tell us all about how they got together and what they hope to accomplish with their partnership in your entry description.

- At a bare minimum, every single entry for this team contest MUST consist of at least two separate customized figures (which is perfect for pairs like Batman & Robin, Cloak & Dagger, Sam & Twitch, etc.) On the other side of the coin, there is no upwards limit to the size of your group--if you wish to produce a dozen X-Men for a single submission, and have the parts and time to do so, then go ahead. Your team can also consist of duplicates of a single character (say, for example, you wanted to make a squad of identical Star Wars Clone/Storm Troopers, G.I.JOE Cobra Vipers, or TMNT Foot Soldiers.)

There are no size/scale limitations (although it's probably a good idea for your team members to be in scale with one another) and you can make use of whatever parts/materials/tools you like when putting together your crew.

Congratulations to all who entered..awesome craftmanships!...I gave higher points to those with entries that has 3 characters and above and did some real customizing in each figure..iT'S so much dedication and effort to do that.I'm not sayin that those who did 3 charcaters and below do not have this but No matter how ye look at it, its still hell of a work to make the best of each character in the group! especially those with more than 3 characters.I SALUTE YOU GUYS!

Woow!Almost everybody sent awesome entiries! Congratulations for hell of a job well done! I think this is the most hardest Contest since you will be sending not only one but more- equal quality custom entries! I would say one weak entry may pull down the rest of the pack. The other challenge is how you will fit them all in the picture in a way that voters can see the details of each members of the characters. The bigger the group the smaller can they can be seen.

Yeah, I was thinking that'd be a relatively easy team for someone to do for this contest--with the GL movie and DCUC toys out in great numbers (and possibly discounted), it'd be pretty quick and painless to do some head swaps or something similar.

Can we do a team that includes one or two customs we've posted before, so long as it has several new ones as well?

My question exactly. I mean maybe just 1 previous custom included in the team...not 3 outta 4 or anything, right?

Nope. All your team members have to be new customs made specifically for this contest. If you were allowed to submit older figures, people might recognize them as yours and your anonymous entry would no longer be anonymous.

*grins* Please don't take this the wrong way Patraw, because your reason is completely valid and understandable, and if I do enter I'll naturally follow your guideline, but you do realize that every time YOU enter these contests yourself, we TOTALLY know it's yours because your work is that awesomely distinctive. Just sayin'. Anonymity is almost impossible to maintain for regular Realmers, 'specially the good ones.

Certainly I realize that some individuals, including myself, have easily recognizable styles/methodologies that more-or-less identify their work no matter what they do, but, regardless, anonymity is the long-standing policy of these contests, and that has to be maintained.
