Dominic Greene is the middling villain in the second Daniel Craig Bond film: the middling Quantum of Solace. The film was hampered by the 2007 writer’s strike, but that couldn’t account for the less than dazzling stunts and set pieces, and a Bond that is less of a lead and more of a participant. It would also help if his nemesis was more potent than a second tier Lieutenant in the mysterious organization QUANTUM (more on that later)
