Raoul Silva may be the most enigmatic of Bond villains since Doctor No. Perhaps more so: he isn’t even named until well after his first appearance over halfway through the movie. A former MI6 agent left for dead, he enters in a long shot from the other end of a large room delivering a monologue about the nature of survival, the slow walk into focus finally revealing his blond, surgically enhanced visage. The best of the Craig villains.
