Mark Raxton was working with Spencer Smythe, creator of the Spider-Slayers. During an argument, Raxton was covered in an experimental gold liquid. In addition to hardening and colouring his skin, he was also given super-strength. After many run-ins with Spider-Man, Raxton decided to reform. He joined his step-sister Liz Allan's security force at Alchemax.
The base figure is Namor. The forearms are from Cosmic Spidey, and the head is Punisher. Mods were done to the hair to make the flattop.
