Long before Marvel created Deadpool, they had this zany, unkillable mercenary. He first encountered Captain America, and later had run-ins with She-Hulk and Silver Sable. Eventually, he meets Wade Wilson, and they frequently clash.
I started out the the Madcap head and hat included with Deadpool. The body is from Shatterstar, with U.S.Agent's lower legs, Vision's cape, and Madman's gun. The bubbles were made from small pearls.
