So this is just a Star Wars Rebels Stormtrooper that I have added glasses to from a Zootopia Assistant Mayor Bellweather. The card is a custom Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop template and the art is a screen shot that I photoshopped. Tada! Laugh accordingly :)
