Based on the 90's X-MEN cartoon look this hover chair was 3D printed on an Ender 3 and is made of PLA filament.
After a lot of sanding it was primed with Rust-oleum white, then painted over with a couple of yellow coats and lastly for a protective finish one clear coat of Krylon flat.
