I did a custom of Red Hood before. It use GI joe parts, but I felt the portion are off. So I redid it. The upper chest is Boss Fight Studio Blank. The crotch and leg is Marauder Inc. The jacket is from DC Multiverse Red Hood. The arm is from Captain America Red Skull. The mask head is from MU Patriot. The Jason Todd head is from DC Infinite Heroes.
