The Hasbro action figure of Blight from Batman Beyond was silly. Who wanted a naked version of the character? I decided to make my own. I used a Metallo figure from Superman The Animated Series for the legs. I used a Batman Beyond Jokerz body for the torso. I hollowed out the upper Jokerz torso so that I could insert the chest and head of the Blight figure. I wanted to keep the glow in the dark skull and ribcage! I also cut the forearms/hands from the Blight figure to use here, since they too glowed in the dark. I used styrene plastic to line the jacket chest area, the jagged bottom edge of the jacket, and the torn sleeves, as well as the square buttons on his jacket and the waist strap on back. I reinforced everything with epoxy, sanded it smooth, and painted it. I was always very pleased with the end result! Why couldn't Hasbro do this? I really hated their Batman Beyond figure line.
