The JLU Justice Lords Wonder Woman is a really good base for Chelsea because there isn't much detail to sand down. I trimmed the back and front of the hair and sculpted Chelsea's pointed bangs. Her skirt is also sculpted. I didn't realize until too late that Chelsea always wears flat shoes. Hawkgirl's legs would have been better for that. So this will just have to be Chelsea wearing pumps for her night out.
