Remember 2001? Back when Sega still made their own consoles and Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2 kept Sonic as a plot event for the final boss? Do you remember how in those games only Sonic's 4 outer spines upturned when he went Super instead of all 6? Well someone who remembered wanted me to make a Supersonic figure in that style. Most of the body is Sonic's, the head is Shadow's (I think they changed the way Supersonic's spines went so that he wouldn't look too much like Shadow) and the shoes are 3D printed based off a modernized model of the original SOAP shoes from Sonic Adventure 2 (not the Forces model.) I also painted the figure with a metallic gold since the Supersonic model from the old game had a much more metallic texture than he does these days.
