I had this old destiny figure and I really did not care for it. After seeing an image of a lego gingerbread man with a gun, I decided that they were on to something! This figure was mostly experimental for me. My first time using polymer clay, and it was really fun! This was also my second figure which I painted from head to... thigh. I didn’t paint the boots. The figure really couldn’t hold anything, but the gun that came with my Mafex John Wick fit alright. I feel that I should’ve sanded the head before painting it. Please leave criticism and tips for painting bodies and sculpting! Please wait... |

Definitely try apoxie sculpt, no more baking. Paints, I don't know much they are really expensive in my country, bAsically high end prices for Apple barrel quality so I use. Acrylics and many brand at the same time, I base coat with airbrush and paint sometimes large pArts aswel. Priming the figures do work so the paint sticks. I do seal them sometimes with matte modge podge with airbrush. But I still don't get painting down like I want, well almost nothing comes down like I want usually.
