While looking for ideas on the web for figures, I found an image of Sand and thought his mask was pretty close to Starlord's so thought why not. The Cloak body was a little bulkier than might be right for Sand but, it was what I had. Re-sculpted the mask/head/hair and a few clothing details. Most of the costume details are rubber bands.
