I took Arez's idea and went a few steps further. I gave him Bullseye's hands and sculpted the cuff and little raised parts on the back. I scuplted him a new tie, a collar, and a flower. On his face I sculpted a new mouth, chin, and cheeks. I also scuplted some more hair on the sides to cover up where I cut his ears. My paint color was custom mixed. The cane I made from a mini dowel and scuplted the head to resemble the "fool sticks" medieval jester's would carry. I planned on giving him a big revolver, but haven't gotten one yet.
