This is custom I planned for a very long time. First thing I did was making 3d head model of actor portraying the role of Flynn - Jeff Bridges. Then I found old figure from terminator which had perfect leather jacket but bad looking boots, so I made new in 3d software and printed them and head on SLA type 3d printer.
I've also made identity disc to fit on his back. Then it was just simple matter of painting whole thing. Hope you like it.

Awesome job, man! You did an excellent job. You should considering on doing heads for Sam, Old Flynn and Quorra, so that you can do customized versions of them to make them more accurate to the film. But still, this was pretty awesome and makes me wish I had those skills too.
