Was inspired (as usual) by another Jay Garrick custom from the Realm. I almost thought of going with a Lego helmet for him and then found a Playmobil. Trimmed down some of its details, lengthened the inside to better fit Reed's head, and used the ankle wings from Namor. A fodder belt and some sculpt for this shirt and boots.
