Made this out of a Black Series Clone Trooper

The entire pauldron piece is a combination of craft foam and printed parts.
The shoulder pieces of the pauldron were 3d printed. Foam was used to hold together the shoulder pieces
The Chest armor, right gauntlet, leg armor and boot covers are all carved from foam

Ammo pouches, backpack, antennae piece, holsters and left gauntlet were 3d printed.

Kama is from a piece of cloth that I cut, then used electric tape for the blue patterns

Straps are also electric tape

The rangefinder and holsters work ;)
