Here is one of the first Orc customs I did. In the group of orcs that encounters the Uruks carrying Merry and Pippin, one has red hair. That seemed funny to do on this one.
The helmet of this one is from playmobil. :wink:
The shield, dagger and sword are handmade.
The cloth and repaint speak for themself.
The head is from the orc overseer figure, the midwife of Saruman.
The body is of Gorbag, the sneak that wanted to stab Frodo.
