This is a repaint mostly of the orc overseer, say: midwife of Saruman.
I nailed his flappy coat to his body to make it stand less out.
He got a playmobil helmet (an oldie from the 80s :-)) with horns stuck in it.
The shield is cardboard covered in greenstuff to make it look like an iron shield.
He has a nice bend over stature. Creepy orcish.
