This one of a 2pack from the Marvel Apes run. I don't kno the story they did for this version of Venom, I only saw some cover art of him.

Recipe:
Head- NECA King Kong with toothpick teeth and a tongue from a Venom fig
U Body- ML Hulk (FFF BAF)
HANDS- ML Maestro
Waist- SMC Rhino
L Body- ML Hulk (A:AoU)
All fur except the head was sculpted, symbol was hand drawn too
