The base figure was not so good, so I gave him a new face (nose) and beard. The hood is made of alufoil with greenstuff over it.
The staff is a real stick with greenstuff and a white stone.
The cloak is made of real cloth. It can be folded really nice in various ways.
The sword is from somewhere, not Glamdring, but something fancy from the times before he had this iconic sword.
And of course a repaint.
He does nog look like Ian McKellen, but I thinks he looks fine.
