Piece 2 of my Dark Tower pack.
This guy is the leader of an underground group of people, mutated to various levels (not monstrous), living under a city of "sheep" people (follow any order given). Like my Jake fig, this one is also built off of the books descriptions.

Head- ML Bishop with parts of hair shaved back a little
Base- UFC Fig
Hands- Bane (movie)(PAK)
Legs- Vector (Red Evil)
Feet- Jonah Hex (movie)
Throne- chair is from MS Dr Doom with floor from MS Iron Man base
pants are made from vinyl, painted black then glossed to appear as leather
