I always wanted an action figure representation of the bad ash / evil ash but not the full blown skull helmet wearing one and yet not the one who looked identical to ash so here is my attempt to land it somewhere in the middle, kinda... I removed all armor and excessive pieces, then added just a shock of black hair and of course a chainsaw arm but it had to be opposite ash so its on his left, then follow up with a little repaint and some blood splatter...
