I do believe Rouge has succeeded in beating Scourge and Princess Sally for the character I have made the most times, and I can guarantee I will be making her a bunch more. This one uses the standard technique I've worked out using a Silver Torso modified to be curvier, with 3D printed head and shoes. All other details made with apoxie sculpt or craft foam.
