Not my fave from the team, but a needed character to make it complete. Used a collar piece from SHS Iron Man, sculpted over it. Sculpted the Helmet over a Captain America head. BFS hands for more articulations, so he can strike his pose of sending waves...
Painted with steel and dark blue paint.
