Peter Parker from Marvel Cinematic Universe played by Tom Holland. I wanted to create Peter Parker in civilian high school clothes because it would open up opportunities to do casual shots in my toy photography. I had the Finn from Star Wars Black Series sitting around for a while knowing it had potential to become a cool civilian type character. I am not sure why it took me so long to realize he would make a perfect Peter Parker, especially with his small build and short stature. I removed the resistance jacket, repainted the undershirt from black to an off-white, repainted the hands and neck to match Peter Parker's skin tone, repainted the black paints into textured washed blue jeans, repainted the shoes into a clean white, repainted the sleeves into a mustard yellow from the tan base. Then I used the letterman jacket from Diablo Suicide Squad DC Multiverse. I kept the original paint on the jacket except I printed the Midtown high school logo and glued it to the chest pocket area to cover up the original graphic. I used the Andrew Garfield Amazing Spiderman backpack, which conveniently covered the back logo of the jacket. I printed a Jansport logo and glued it to the backpack. I also repainted the straps black and detailed the bag to give it texture and dirt. I gave Tom Holland's head a little bit of highlight with drybrush and fit the head onto the body perfectly. I have the skateboard also from Andrew Garfield Amazing Spiderman which works well with him. I'm very excited to present this custom Peter Parker and will have a lot of fun using him for toy photography.
