Entrapta's hair originated as the tentacles of a toy octopus. I purchased that toy to use the tentacles for my Octavia statue before realizing the scale was all wrong. But for Entrapta they were prefect. To make them secure I screwed them into the statue at the back of the head and then sculpted over the join with Apoxie Sculpt. The hair strands were born out of about 8 hours of hand-rolling Apoxie Sculpt strands and twisting them around the tentacles. As with all these mini statues I had to remove and reattach the right arm as once you remove Evil-Lyn's fireball the arm's positioning looks a little odd. Much more suitable hand placed on her hip. Had to grind away the base statue's skirt and boots and further sculpting came in the form of a sexier min-skirt and thigh-high boots. Painted in keeping with the cartoon colors and feared she may end up a bit too pastel but a black wash top to toe made her coloring stay in keep with the overall style.
