And here is an upgrade of the original figure. It is one of the best Toybiz made, very expressive!
I have a small band of three of them. These Uruks are a tad smaller than the troopers. That makes sense in a way, for they are the ones on top of the ladders that have to be pushed upwards. Less weight is better in that case.
I played a lot of Battle for Middle-Earth. Keep hearing this line: one of these crazies has just been spawned! :-)

What I customized is:
I made a wooden sword, for the original plastic ones are horrible. They warp like Smaug has breathed fire over them for sport.
Very satisfying to have a berserker with a straight sword now.
I gave him underpants, for the joints were showing (...) and it just looked too much action-figure this way. It is old cloth. When painted it becomes very sturdy.
I repainted him allover, gave a darker fleshtone with more lighting on it. The white hands I repainted on the new skin, so that not one of them is the same anymore. Also the pattersn differ now per figure.
O yes, and I removed the action button on the back, of course.
