I've made this character a few times, Cosmo is my favorite character that was introduced in Sonic X, and she has a close enough resemblance to Amy Rose that the conversion is pretty simple. I had to swap out her legs with Sonic's and sculpt some details like her face and rose bud hair out of apoxie, and her skirt is made with craft foam so it doesn't limit her legs' movement.
