After finishing Behemoth and Methuselah, I decided Scylla would be the next titan to complete. I had a spare large Halloween skeleton and removed the head, abdomen, and two of the legs. To craft Scylla's shelled abdomen, I combined three plastic ammonite fossils. I then used thin cardboard and two dorsal spines from a broken "Zilla" figure to complete the shell. Scylla's head is attached using neodymium magnets. It is created from the skull of a Halloween humming bird skeleton. I removed the beak and replaced it with the head of a Davy Jones action figure. The three longer tentacles were from the head of a Man-Thing figure's head.

There was several "official" concept artwork available and this kaiju is not in the film very much, so this made it more difficult to build an "accurate" version. There are also discrepancies between the Scylla seen in the movie and the Scylla described in the novel. However, I am content with the scale match between Scylla and the Japanese Bandai Godzilla. It is not perfect, but I think it works. Thanks for viewing!
