Found this Ultron figure in the bargain bin and knew I had to do something with him!

The idea behind this figure is a 'What If?' style design where Ultron embraced a Punisher like extreme ideology (with a similar savior like complex like in the MCU) after coming online-however instead of hunting criminals or humanity itself, Ultron targeted superhumans in general, feeling they were the biggest threat to the world and ordinary humans.
