Wonderman Head ,Loki body base, Hands from parts bin, x- buckle from parts bin, painted done. This was a pretty easy custom. The Head was the kind of difficult to choose and the comics show him with Black hair and other times brown hair. His Hair is sometimes shown as short other times longer. I went with the Wonderman head due to eyes and hair color black. That way when posed with the other Summer bothers you get Havok blonde, Cyclops brown, Vulcan Black.
