The Sinestro rings seek out possible bearers capable of inspiring great fear. So I figured - if Batman can be offered one, why not The Joker? After all - if you were to meet the two of them, which one would you be more scared of?

I can only imagine the twisted things the Joker would do with a power ring. It bad enough Penguin had one for awhile in the Batman. Cool looking figure. I like that you kept the elements that make him Joker yet still added the Sinestro Corp flare to it.
