This is the Red Skull as seen on the Spiderman and his Amazing Friends episode "The Quest of the Red Skull". I used a Mattel's Secret Wars Doctor Octopus figure. I carved away Doc Ock's glasses and hair to make room for the Milliput I used to sculpt the Red Skull's head on top of it. I also used Milliput for details on its scarf, gloves and boots. I painted it with Humbrol Enamel paints. This is my first customized action figure.
