Not happy with the options available for Lee Flak's The Phantom figures, I decided to make my one. I took a 1990's Toy Biz Silver Surfer as a base and sculpted the cowl, belt, rings, gun holsters and boots with milliput. I used humbrol paints to finish it.  Please wait... |
