One of my favorite cobra's to do, here is my latest design for Zartan! I wanted to keep elements of his original design yet incorporate a more modernized look for this version. The smg's are magnetic to his pack and his "disguise" alt head fits inside as well. In addition to his other accessories, I also decided to blend in the ninja force version of Zartan in with this build and gave him an alternate quiver pack as well as a strung bow.
