Used a Typhoid Mary head as I found out it used the Psylocke head, which has the features that suited Yukio.
Tried looking for a reasonably cheap Vintage Black Widow online, however, couldn't find one at a decent price, so in the end I used a Super Skrull Wave Sue Storm & heavily resculpted some Superior Spiderman feet.
Hands were from the Punk Storm & Black Cat, with the fingers being taken from the Remains of another custom using a Vintage Black Widow.
Head & Hair were sculpted.

Head: Typhoid Mary with sculpted hair & slight resculpt to the cheeks
Body: Super Skrull Wave Invisible Woman
Feet: Superior Spiderman with heavy sculpting to fit the shape of the other female feet.
