Added neck from a bleeding edge iron man then put the old neck around it and apoxied the gap. Pushed the should pads out by wrapping a rubber band behind the shoulder pad and between the body. Clear red over silver paint job  Please wait... |

Scratch proofing it was the hard part had to force sandpaper around the shoulder pads and spin until there was clearance then had to thin out the underside of the chest with an xacto knife that was scraping against the abs.
Different way would be cut the neck barbell in half extend with a styrene tube then get a neck resembling the war machine neck and slide over it, dremel the head then done.
