Growing up in an evangelical home I found the Seraph to be one of the most interesting heroes cause he got his powers from the Hebrew God! This was pretty ballsy in a 1970s comic, especially one like the Superfriends.
Even now I think that he has a cool powerset:
The super strength of Samson
The staff of Moses (think 10 plagues, opening pathways, invoking water)
The mantle of Elijah (call down lightning, extend time, enhanced speed)
And the legendary ring of Solomon (control demons, communicate with animals).
I like him as part of my Justice League Dark cause he'd make a cool companion to Ragman (another hero with Jewish roots) and a great counterpoint to more occult heroes like Etrigan and John Constantine.
