This is my version of MCU Nick Fury. I used Rick Flag's body and Diablo's arms from Suicide Squad (DC Multiverse) action figures. Plus I used a Samuel L. Jackson head sculpt from a Shaft action figure and the trench coat from a John Hartigan (Sin City) action figure. Plus a random pair of ML hands and a Hydra hand gun. I carved, sanded, sculpted and repainted the left side of the head (eye) and goatee. I sculpted the eye patch and repainted everything but the pants and boots, which were weathered with a black wash. It is a pretty basic custom to be honest, but I am happy with the results.
