Here it is Torquemada, one of the most mysterious Green Lanterns :) . One of the most interesting Green Lanterns out there without an official figure :) . One I must do again for my collection some day.

I used a Red Guardian, with Toybiz Angel hands and fists, and cloak made out of rubber clay. Morningstar made out of molten plastic.

For as long as I've been a Green Lantern fan, I still constantly find some other Lantern I never knew existed. Great rendition! He looks fantastic!
