I liked the Mattel Kgbeast but he was too small to look intimidating over my other Batvillains. Got the MacFarlane Grim Knight, gave him the vest, head, and gunhand from the Mattel figure. I used pieces of the Grim Knight's chest bands to connect smaller pieces.

Badass-looking KGBeast; I feel like this is one of those characters who's fun to redesign, because the original design is fairly silly now but lends itself well to other interpretations.
