I did one very similarly.... I also ran some high gloss paint on the blood tears and really love the way it turned out, they really stand out now.
I will definitely post my H/2 soon....
I am Working on a few different figures right now 3 of them are Halloween based one Halloween Kills burnt Mask, Halloween 4 and Tommy Doyle from H-6.
