Conan Motti was born on the Outer Rim planet of Seswenna. He served in the Imperial Navy and was a decorated starship captain who would go on to represent the Navy on the Joint Chiefs. Motti was a staunch believer in the capabilities of the Death Star and brushed aside the threat of the Rebel Alliance who had attained plans to the Death Star. Motti even butted heads with Cassio Tagge over the threat. It was this lack of taking the Rebel threat seriously that cost Motti his life when a Womp rat named Luke Skywalker fired the shot that caused the Death Star to explode, killing all those on board.

Motti was another custom using a 3D cast from Watto's Scrapyard and a General Veers body (thank you Walgreens sale!) Besides that it was just some tinkering with the rank badge and code cylinders as well as giving the Admiral a lifelike fleshing out of his face,
