I started by removing the hidden clone head from a kamino clone trooper. I shaved the hair off into a bald head and painted it to Boba. The heads are swappable and maintain the full articulation as the original figure.I sliced the peg holding the helmeted head from the neck and removed it. The head fits in the slot like a key. I drilled a hole at the top of the neck so the post from the clone head could pop in as well. I used boil and pop to remove the fett and Nihilus legs. Cut the pouches and girth belt from the fett belt. I put Nihilus skirt and legs on the Fett body along with the belt. The knee pads were removed and glued directly to the knee so it maintains articulation without mishaping the sides of the knee. Armor was repainted entirely and the Nihilus cape cut to fit the scarf around the neck.
