This is "Lady Blue" from X-Wing Alliance. The player-character's brother, Emon, tries to set you up on a date with her. Unfortunately she is killed on recon duty before you can. The head is from Marauder Gun-Runners and the neck socket had to be widened. I clipped off the gun holster and repainted the clipped area. I might repaint the hair to tone the yellow down a bit soon.
